Cha Hae-In is the strongest Light Element fighter in Solo Leveling: Arise. She also comes with a versatile skillset which can be used to clear almost every game mode. Her skills can inflict anti-healing debuffs which can stack, making her essential for almost any boss fight.

If you can max out all her stats, she gets a total power rating of 32,670, which is quite impressive compared to other SSR-ranked hunters. She also gets exponentially stronger, especially in longer fights because of her ‘Waltz of the Sword’ buff, which she can stack from her basic attacks.
