Make no mistake - how you treat your employees is a brand play. Let me explain.I was already aware of Once Upon a Farm, but this honest praise for a dedicated intern planted a seed in my mind (as an outsider completely unaffiliated with the company) that this is a brand with genuine integrity behind it. They don't seem to be doing it for likes, or sales, or web traffic. There are not likely KPIs set against it, no data reports will be pulled to measure it's effectiveness, but that doesn't mean it's not a smart marketing move. It effects how we see and feel about them. Which effects purchasing intent. Not everything is measured in CTRs and ROAS, folks.
